Changes log: what the publishers changed, and what we approved
Publishers change forms and guides during the year. Every Sunday the catalogue is checked against them; a person reads each change and approves it before the assistant can cite it. Approved changes appear here, newest first.
How a change gets here
- Watch. Every week each publisher is asked what changed.
- Compare. Changed documents are downloaded and compared by their text, so a redesigned web page is not mistaken for a new rule.
- Review. A person reads what changed: the old passage, the new one and the dates.
- Approve. Only then does the new version become citable. The previous edition stays, for the years it covers.

The log starts with the review of October 2026. Entries appear here as each change is read and approved.
