What to write about

Before you write

Do not put a client's personal details in the message. Numbers that look like a SIN, a card or a bank account are masked before the message is saved. Names and addresses are not masked.

This form is for feedback about the service. Tax and bookkeeping questions are answered in the app, from the official sources, with a citation. Create an account to ask one.
